Cellar Door operates according to strict ethical principles. Before a client sends us any text, we request that they read and affirm the contract to which we are legally bound. This contract confirms the client's indelible right to privacy and confidentiality whilst their work is in our possession. Text which is received from a client will not be made available to any outside parties at any time. Once the text has been returned to the client in its edited form, it will be permanently deleted from our system, unless the client requests that we keep a back-up copy. In this case, it will be stored under password protection on a stand-alone pc for the period of time requested by the client, and then permanently deleted. Please note that we reserve the right to make changes to any part of the above policy, rates and payment details at any time, although we will always take the interests of our clients into consideration before doing so. |
